Terms and Conditions
This page explains the rules that apply when you buy from CorvusLLM, how delivery works after payment confirmation, what limits apply to digital access products, and where support, replacement, or refund handling may apply.
1. Scope of these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases, use of digital access products, and related support interactions offered through CorvusLLM. They cover the public website, checkout flow, product delivery process, and any associated communication that directly relates to a purchase or support request.
They do not replace product-specific information shown at checkout. If a product listing includes a clearly stated delivery mode, usage scope, balance amount, or replacement promise on the website, that product information forms part of the contractual context together with these Terms.
2. Who the service is for
CorvusLLM is intended for adults, independent professionals, developers, researchers, teams, and businesses that want access to compatible AI workflows through the products described on the website. The service is not designed as a consumer social platform or as a managed storage platform for sensitive personal records.
You should use the service only if you are legally allowed to purchase digital access products in your jurisdiction and only if your intended use is lawful. If you order on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Developers, AI tool users, API buyers, teams, and technical buyers who understand how to handle access credentials and integration settings.
A regulated hosting service, compliance-certified record system, or guaranteed enterprise continuity platform unless explicitly stated elsewhere.
3. Description of the CorvusLLM service
CorvusLLM provides digital access products built around API-compatible access, prepaid balance, access credentials, setup information, and related operational support. The current public buying flow is centered on a universal key that can be used across the supported model lineup shown on the site.
CorvusLLM does not claim to own the upstream AI models themselves. Availability and behavior can depend on third-party providers, infrastructure partners, blockchain payment monitoring, and general network conditions.
- Universal-key balance products provide prepaid usable value until consumed, subject to any clearly stated limits.
- Some products can also include access credentials, a base URL, setup instructions, or a bundled delivery package.
- The customer portal is optional. It exists to help customers manage orders, deliveries, usage, and security after purchase.
4. What the customer receives after purchase
What you receive depends on the exact product selected. In most cases, this may include one or more of the following: a universal key, starting balance, proxy or base URL details, configuration instructions, or other access information necessary to use the purchased service within its intended scope.
The website copy and checkout summary govern the concrete deliverable. If a product description says that delivery is instant after payment confirmation, that means access information is prepared and sent to the order email address and made available in the optional customer portal after the required fulfillment checks succeed.
5. Ordering and access delivery
Product listings on the website are an invitation to place an order, not a binding guarantee that the service can never change. An order is placed when you complete the checkout steps and send the requested payment to the displayed wallet address using the correct asset, network, and amount.
A contract is treated as accepted once the payment can be assigned to the order and CorvusLLM confirms or fulfills the purchase. Delivery usually follows instantly after payment confirmation unless an exception is clearly communicated or a manual review is required.
- You are responsible for entering an email address that you can access.
- You are responsible for sending the exact amount on the correct network before the quote expires.
- CorvusLLM may refuse fulfillment if a payment is clearly mismatched, late, or sent on the wrong network.
- No account is required to buy, but order emails and claim links may be used later to connect the purchase to a portal account.
6. Pricing and payment terms
The price displayed at the time of checkout applies to the selected product. Prices may change for future orders, but the price already shown to you for a valid quote governs that quote during its stated validity window.
Payments are currently processed in cryptocurrency. A payment counts as successful only when it can be matched to the corresponding order and receives the confirmation level required by the service. Blockchain network fees, wallet mistakes, exchange delays, and wrong-network transfers remain the customer's responsibility unless the issue was caused by CorvusLLM itself.
7. Refund, replacement, and support logic
CorvusLLM aims to resolve service issues in the most practical way first. If something breaks within the promised scope and the issue is attributable to CorvusLLM, the usual order of remedies is: investigate, repair, provide replacement access, or issue a reasonable full or partial refund where appropriate.
A refund is not automatically owed for every inconvenience. It may be refused where the issue results from customer misconfiguration, sharing or misuse of credentials, unsupported tooling, upstream provider outages outside CorvusLLM's control, incorrect payment behavior, or a conflict with these Terms.
If a product page includes a specific guarantee or replacement promise, that product-specific promise applies within its stated scope. Support is normally handled through the public support routes listed on the website.
8. Acceptable use and prohibited use
You may use the purchased service only for lawful and contract-consistent purposes. CorvusLLM is not offered as a tool for fraud, abuse, credential resale, spam operations, harmful automation, or other prohibited activity.
- No unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing use.
- No attempts to bypass technical limits, routing rules, or protective controls.
- No unauthorized resale, sharing, or redistribution of personal access credentials.
- No use that creates disproportionate operational, compliance, or security risk for the service.
If a use case is high-risk, regulated, or likely to cause abuse complaints, CorvusLLM may restrict or refuse the service even if payment was technically received.
9. Account, key, and access responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping delivered credentials, keys, proxy endpoints, or access instructions confidential. CorvusLLM is not responsible for losses caused by insecure local storage, accidental credential sharing, copied screenshots, leaked keys, or insecure team forwarding after delivery.
If you believe access details were exposed, contact support quickly. CorvusLLM may be able to rotate, replace, or disable access depending on the product and operational constraints, but this is not guaranteed in every case.
Store credentials safely, limit who can see them, and use only in intended tools and workflows.
Use commercially reasonable measures for delivery, assignment, and access handling within the service boundary.
If you later create or claim a portal account, you are also responsible for protecting the sign-in methods connected to that account, including Google, GitHub, or email magic-link access.
10. Model and provider availability
CorvusLLM products can depend on upstream providers, routing layers, payment monitoring systems, infrastructure services, and public network conditions. The exact model lineup, latency, and throughput available in practice may change if upstream providers change their own systems, availability, pricing, or policies.
CorvusLLM does not promise that every listed model will remain unchanged forever. If a provider or model becomes unavailable, CorvusLLM may adjust routing, replace the underlying option with a reasonable substitute, or otherwise update the service in a commercially reasonable way.
11. Service limitations and no-guarantee boundaries
CorvusLLM aims for useful, reliable delivery, but does not promise uninterrupted operation, identical provider behavior at all times, or infinite compatibility with every external tool. Product pages describe the intended scope, not a promise of perfect continuity under all conditions.
No statement on this page should be read as a promise that the service is free from outages, provider changes, model regressions, third-party bugs, blockchain delays, email delays, or other operational limitations.
12. Rate limits, interruptions, and provider dependency
Some products include limits by design, such as prepaid value ceilings, provider-side limits, or operational safeguards applied to specific workflows. Temporary slowdowns, maintenance, traffic shaping, or provider-side throttling may also affect actual usage.
Where a product explicitly advertises a duration, daily allowance, or support response expectation, CorvusLLM will aim to honor that scope. That does not remove the reality that upstream networks, payment monitors, or model providers can introduce interruptions beyond CorvusLLM's direct control.
13. Suspension and termination conditions
CorvusLLM may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if there is a serious breach of these Terms, a credible abuse signal, a security issue, a payment mismatch, or a risk that continued service would violate law or upstream provider rules.
Where practical, CorvusLLM will prefer targeted restriction or communication before permanent termination. Immediate action may still be taken if a delay would create a security, legal, or operational risk.
14. Liability limitations
CorvusLLM is liable without limitation where mandatory law requires it, including for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical foreseeable damage of the contract.
Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law. CorvusLLM is not responsible for business losses caused by customer misuse, unsupported workflows, third-party platform changes, provider decisions, or interpretation of model outputs.
15. No warranty beyond stated promises
CorvusLLM does not provide a broad general warranty beyond what is expressly stated on the website, in the checkout flow, or in these Terms. If a page says a product includes a support window, delivery window, or replacement / refund promise, that promise should be read in its stated scope only.
CorvusLLM does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose unless that purpose is expressly promised. You remain responsible for testing whether the delivered access works for your own local workflow, integration stack, and downstream use case.
16. Intellectual property and site materials
The CorvusLLM website, design, text, branding, and supporting materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property law unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a product gives you the right to use the purchased service within the offered scope; it does not transfer ownership of the website, brand assets, or unrelated site content.
You may not copy or redistribute site materials in a way that suggests affiliation, ownership, or permission that does not exist.
17. Third-party services and upstream providers
CorvusLLM depends on third-party infrastructure and providers for hosting, payment monitoring, database operation, support channels, and model access. Their own outages, policy changes, rate limits, or security events can affect the service.
CorvusLLM may switch, add, or remove technical providers where reasonably necessary to keep the service running, improve resilience, or respond to provider changes. More context about these trust boundaries is available in the Trust Center and Verify CorvusLLM pages.
18. Changes to the service or these terms
CorvusLLM may update the service, product presentation, operational routing, support structure, or these Terms where reasonably necessary. Existing purchases continue to be judged primarily by the product scope shown at the time of the order, unless a change is required for legal, security, or technical reasons.
If these Terms are materially updated, the version published on this page becomes the reference version for future use and future orders.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules and, where applicable, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If the customer is a merchant or otherwise has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, the place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin to the extent legally permissible. Mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in an individual case remain unaffected.
20. Contact and support path
If you have a question about an order, delivery, or a service issue, use the public support routes shown on the site. For legal questions about these Terms, use the legal contact route. For privacy questions, use the Privacy Policy contact route.
